ON THE WAY LOGISTIC INC

1. Scope

ON THE WAY LOGISTIC INC acts as an international logistics intermediary. We are not manufacturers or direct sellers of the products we transport. Our service is limited to logistics management, import advisory, and international shipping coordination.

2. Returns

Returns are only accepted when the error is directly attributable to ON THE WAY LOGISTIC INC (for example, wrong product shipped or damage during handling at our warehouse). Factory defects or product quality issues are the sole responsibility of the manufacturer or supplier.

3. Refunds

Refunds are issued as credit for future services with ON THE WAY LOGISTIC INC. Monetary refunds are only made when the error is 100% attributable to the company and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

4. Important Notice

ON THE WAY LOGISTIC INC is not responsible for:

  • Transit delays by shipping or airline carriers
  • Customs retentions
  • Taxes or tariffs applied by destination country authorities
  • Merchandise confiscations
  • Natural disasters or force majeure events

5. Claims

All claims must be submitted in writing to support@onthewaylogistic.com within 5 business days of receiving the merchandise.

The claim must include:

  • Order number
  • Corresponding invoices
  • Photographic or documentary evidence of the issue
